Two teachers from the Vigo Music Conservatory are already carrying out the first mobilities of the Erasmus+ KA102 Music Without Frontiers project.

Although the pandemic delayed the implementation of many of the activities of the project, we are very happy to say that the mobilities are now a reality.

On Monday 21st March 2022, teachers Carmen Carreiras and Isabel Gómez started their job shadowing activities at the Guimaraes Music Conservatory (Portugal) and the “Alfredo Casella” Music Conservatory in L’Aquila (Italy), respectively. Throughout the week they will have the opportunity to attend, among other activities, classes, meetings and auditions, integrating themselves into the teaching life of the host centres. A cultural, pedagogical and linguistic immersion that will surely be very enriching.

Both our partners, Guimaraes and L’Aquila Conservatories, have welcomed our teachers wonderfully and have actively collaborated in the planning of the mobilities to make them as interesting and complete as possible. We would like to thank our partners for their help and involvement.

And, of course, we wish our colleagues a great Erasmus+ experience!
