On April 8 and 9, we were joined by Marc Chevalier, this year’s Erasmus+ guest expert from the Conservatoire de Vienne in France, who led a master class on orchestral practice for the junior and senior band and orchestra ensembles, as well as the jazz band; a master class on conducting techniques and Sound Painting for Professional Degree students across all specializations; and a master class on music education in the American and French systems and Sound Painting for the faculty at our school.
The students and faculty who attended the event expressed their satisfaction in a survey, which we have included below.

We are very pleased here at the Erasmus Team because none of the survey questions received a score lower than 3. We have taken note of some constructive feedback indicating that participants would have liked the masterclass to have lasted longer so they could have learned more from our guest expert.
The Erasmus+ Team will continue working to bring new learning opportunities to our school for the coming academic year.•
