Between the 24th and 28th of March, our colleagues from the conservatory represented the school in the Erasmus teacher mobility programme for the academic year 2024-25.

First, Cecilia Blanco and Javier González, piano and trumpet teachers respectively, and members of the management team of CMUS Vigo, visited the Music Academy of Portimão (Portugal), where they were welcomed by the Erasmus Coordinator André Pereira and participated in various activities in which they could observe the way of working in the Portuguese centre.

On the other hand, Virginia Lis, clarinet teacher and member of the Erasmus Team of the conservatory, visited the Conservatorio di Musica G. B. Martini, in Bologna (Italy), where she was welcomed by Luisa Baldassari and participated in the teaching life of the centre, being fascinated by the facilities of the historic institution and the Italian city itself.

Finally, Ramón Cabezas, professor of Fundamentals of Composition, represented our school in the last of the teacher mobilities of this academic year, visiting the University School of Arts in Tirana (Albania).

From the Erasmus Team, we are deeply grateful for the welcome given to our colleagues by all the staff of the different host centres.
