Between 13th and 18th October, we celebrated the European spirit at the Erasmus Days at CMUS Profesional in Vigo, with the participation of the Erasmus+ Team and the entire educational community at our centre.

The activities carried out during this intense week were as follows:

  • Monday, 13 October: Starting on this day and throughout the week, two videos were released in relation to some of the activities from last year’s course within the KA121 project: 2025-1-ES01-KA121-VET-000311389. In the first one, we were able to hear first-hand accounts from some of the students who participated in the mobility programme in Kokkola (Finland). Through their testimonies, we recalled the fantastic experience they had in the Nordic country. In addition, we were able to hear advice for any students who are thinking of participating in this year’s mobility programmes. On the other hand, during these days, the presentation video about ErasmusDays was screened, along with a summary of last year’s activities and a presentation of the activities for the new 2025-2026 academic year organised by the Erasmus+ Team as part of the new project. Our colleagues Virginia Lis and Cecilia Martínez produced these videos, which were premiered on the television in the entrance hall and also on the YouTube channel.   • Wednesday, 15 October: The next activity this week was a talk for the school’s teaching staff. On this occasion, our coordinator Sara Peral, deputy headmistress Carmen Carreiras and colleague Virginia Lis explained our project to the members of the school’s teaching staff who attended the talk, and gave a brief summary of the activities. They were joined by Cecilia Blanco, Ramón Cabezas, and Virginia Lis herself, all of whom participated in last year’s mobility programmes in Bologna (Italy), Portimão (Portugal), and Tirana (Albania).
  • Thursday, 16 October: On this day, students and families were invited to an informative talk in the auditorium, where our coordinator Sara Peral and our Erasmus team member Virginia Lis explained our project, gave a brief summary of past activities, and revealed the upcoming mobility programme for 5th and 6th year GP students to the Portuguese city of Faro (Portugal), also explaining the procedures and requirements for participating in this mobility programme.

The Erasmus+ Team at CMUS Profesional in Vigo is delighted to see the project taking root at our centre and to witness the interest in the activities, which attracted the largest audiences in recent years. And, of course, we would also like to thank the Centre’s Management for their support and confidence in this project, which contributes so much to the education of our students and teachers. We couldn’t be happier!
