On the 6th and 7th of March, we had the visit of the Portuguese teacher from ESMAE (Portugal) Joana Amaral Estrela, within the Erasmus+ KA121 24-25 programme. Joana came as a guest expert to work with our students and teachers on body awareness and stage fright.

These classes consisted of a two-hour session, distributed in several shifts for the students of the Professional Degree of all the specialities that were enrolled in the activity, having programmed a specific session for the students of the Singing speciality. In each session they worked on body awareness during the first hour and on stage fright during the second hour.

In addition, on Friday there was a session for teachers in which they worked on various didactic strategies for classroom work in relation to these issues.

We would like to thank Joana Amaral Estrela for her work and we hope to be able to count on her presence on future occasions. We would also like to thank the students and teachers for their response and interest in the activity.
